On December 12, 2013, from 3:00 to 4:30 P. M. EST, Founder James O. Prochaska, PhD, President & CEO Janice M. Prochaska, PhD, and Project Manager Cindy Umanzor, MPH of Pro-Change will lead a 90 minute webinar on “The Stages of Change: Using the Transtheoretical Model to Drive Outcomes.”
The sponsoring agency is Social Solutions, a leading provider of performance management software for human services organizations. Jim, Jan, and Cindy will provide an overview of the Transtheoretical Model (TTM) – also referred to as the Stages of Change – and its relevance. They will also share examples of how the TTM has been applied in various populations and settings including: juvenile offenders through the Iowa Department of Juvenile Justice, high school students to address bullying prevention, perpetrators of domestic violence attending mandated treatment, and underserved pregnant women seeking care at federally qualified health centers.
